Our online self-review system helps you keep track of what needs to be reviewed. Your policies and procedures are monitored and regularly updated by our team of writers and industry experts. PMAANZ death documents logo RGB

Ministry of Health | Stand 14

The Ministry of Health is working with the Department of Internal Affairs to make it simpler to complete the medical documents required after a person dies. Doctors in hospitals, GPs and Nurse Practitioners can log into Death Documents to complete Medical Certificates of Cause of Death and cremation forms on-line.

GPs still complete about 30% of certificates on paper. We think practice managers are crucial enablers who could support and encourage doctors that have not yet discovered Death Documents to get registered and start completing these forms on-line. Come to the stand and get a demo or try for yourself.

We are also keen to hear how you are getting on with the National Enrolment Service (NES) and National Health Index (NHI). Come to the stand and hear about recent changes. We would love to hear your suggestions on how we can make it better for you and your patients.
